The Container shipping method involves transporting cargo in truck-size intermodal containers. Is it safer to get my car shipped in a container?

Shipping cars in enclosed containers is considered safer, especially vintage cars or the modern supercars as they will be fully protected inside a steel-made container. There is less loading or unloading of other cars like it is in the open carrier because the number of vehicles in the enclosed container is very small. So there is low risk of your car getting scratches or dents while another car beside it is getting unloaded.
